OUR POLICY

Terms and Conditions

Prep For Music College LLC is a counseling and educational service. It operates ethically and transparently by following its policies, and operating according to its own tested methodology with a proved 98% effectivity up to now. However, the company is not morally or legally responsible for the results from admission and application processes obtained by its students, and so, it cannot be accused of bad praxis if the results are not the ones expected and the student is not satisfied as a result. The student, by accepting the terms and policies of the company, and engaging in activities with it, not only respects such terms, but also acknowledges the implicit risk that any application process encompasses.

Prep For Music College LLC welcomes all students, regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, sexual identity, education, national origin, or any other distinguishing characteristic or trait.

Hereby, the company will not tolerate any discrimination or inappropriate behavior from both advisors, faculty members and students, and so, any individual who participates in such misbehavior will be terminated from their work position or from the company's student roster.

Prep For Music College LLC commits to offer an equal and fair treatment and assessment of all student candidates to the best of our abilities, and to prepare for free a personalized detailed program of sessions, and a tailored budget based solely on the student's current skills, goals and needs. Any proven mistakes or miscalculations coming from the company will be promptly addressed and resolved.

Prep For Music College LLC accepts an incoming student as part of their student roaster once the terms and conditions of the policy are accepted, and the full payment of the contracted services is made and received, offering a personalized membership portal to each student with access to booking lessons, engaging in private lessons, compiling supporting materials, and booking office hours, when needed, and in case they are available by the tame of the booking. The company will grant access to the membership portal for the parents/tutors of students under 18 years old. The company will evaluate requests of fractioned payments, with the condition to submit payments on time based on an agreed schedule, and always before the lessons to be paid start taking place.

Prep For Music College LLC accepts requests to change the assigned academic mentor and/or music faculty up to the end of the second session together. The service will only consider changing requests made after this period if being offered substantial reasons for it. The academic mentors and music faculty will have the right to request to finish their work with the student following the same rules and regulations.

Rescheduling sessions by both academic mentors, music faculty and students, is accepted only if they are done up to 24h prior to the starting time of such session, which is always scheduled following EST time. All changes will be communicated through the membership portal and though email immediately. If a member of the team cannot offer a session at the scheduled time, and does not reschedule it with enough anticipation, another academic advisor or music faculty will be provided to offer such lesson at the initially scheduled time.

If a member of our team does show up more than 15 minutes late, or does not lead an assigned session, such session will be considered as not-completed and will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If a student is up to 15 minutes late, or does not show up at a lesson time, such lesson/s will be considered completed, and marked as a voluntary non-show. The company will not allow the student to reschedule or claim a refund for any of such lessons.

Prep For Music College LLC does not issue refunds, unless both the student and the advisor/s assess that such student is ready to finalize the engagement with the school, by being either ready or already done with the procedures that asked for the company's services, such as the submission of applications, the participation in auditions and interviews, and/or the process of moving to college. Only in such case, the company will return the anticipated payment of the remaining sessions the student paid and will not be taking.

Prep For Music College LLC is a copyrighted service that asks both employees and students to respect ownership, data treatment and compilation - for internal use only -, and confidentiality terms of all the activities and procedures conducted through the service. Any infringement of the company's copyrights, such as the copy, share or distribution of any materials, methods, procedures or techniques provided by the company will be legally prosecuted, and the relationship with the infringer will be immediately terminated.
